Vipers and Vintage Vipers Fitness
Our Vipers Fitness (all ages) and our Vintage Vipers (50+) classes are a low impact, taekwondo focused fitness classes that build strength, flexibility, balance and co-ordination. You will work through exercises designed to be adapted around individual ability, whilst being encouraged to push yourself to improve during every session.
These classes can be accessed on a pay as you go, drop in basis. Although they draw heavily on martial arts movements and build similar strengths, this is an exercise class designed with the needs of older students and those with physical limitations that might stop them attending a full contact or more traditional martial art. There is no grading system or official progression route.
