This session is invite only, please speak to the coach if you wish to join.  This class is mainly sparring with some technique demonstration and practice. Students must have their own gloves, shinguards, groin and gum shields, and have been cleared to spar by a coach.

Not suitable for beginners or trials.  This class is 50% sparring and requires students to be comfortable with basic techniques and movement, and to have moved from 3 point sparring onto full sparring.
