Open Mat for both jiu-jitsu and thaiboxing students to drill, spar and work unguided.  This session is supervised but not taught amd the normal club rules regarding sparring levels apply.  Students attempting to work out of their permitted level will be banned from attending.   

Students from our sister schools Gracie Gloucester and Gracie Swindon are welcome to attend open mat free of charge, drop ins from other schools please contact us to arrange participation.

Susanne's Vipers will take the balance, strength and co-ordination of her weekday class, kicked up several levels for a killer workout.  This class is open to students 16+.
