Suitable for complete beginners and useful to beginner and intermediate level students, this class teaches the foundational drills and techniques that are essential to jiu-jitsu. No sparring/rolling in this class (15 minutes of positional available afterwards for anyone cleared to take part).
Not suitable for beginners or trials. This class is 50% sparring and requires students to be comfortable with basic techniques and movement, and to have moved from 3 point sparring onto full sparring. Students should have their own protective kit including gumshield and groin guard for this class.
Stretching, flexibility and movement. A gentle class focused on improving balance, flexibility and co-ordination. Open to non-members on a drop in, pay as you go basis.
